Michael Elliott brings a dynamic and diverse range of resources to Charleston’s clients. As a licensed SC residential builder, he is well versed in all phases- planning, development, and building. He also brings years of experience from the tidewater of Maryland and Virginia with the last years invested in the Lowcountry of South Carolina.
 
Following graduation from the University of Maryland School of Architecture, Michael began his professional career by designing additions and renovations to classical architectural homes in the Guilford and Homeland Landmark Neighborhood of Baltimore, which were originally designed by Frederick Law Olmsted. 
 
Michael has merged his classical training design skills with his 3o years of one-site building management and his team of 4 architects and craftsmen from Charleston and the Chesapeake Bay Region.
 
Collectively the team encompasses over 120 years of high-end residential design & construction.
